The price adjustment most people miss
eufy’s refund policy says that if the price drops within 30 days of your order, you can ask support for the difference. So buying before a sale is lower risk at eufy than at most stores: if Black Friday beats your price within 30 days, email support@eufy.com. Credits earned on the order are adjusted.

- eufyCredits (free): 600 credits for creating an account, then 1 credit per $1. 1,500 credits buy a $15 gift card, so about 1% back.
- eufy Plus ($15 a month or $135 a year): extra 5% on sale pages. The monthly fee is covered only when you spend about $300 in that month.
What other sites get wrong
- “eufy has no loyalty program, no referral program and no newsletter discount.” All three exist: eufyCredits, referrals and new-account coupons.
- “18% student discount.” Student Beans lists 20%.
- “Active military discount.” The GovX page was removed in March 2026.
- “FPD2610 = 30% off sitewide.” eufy’s page does not state the code’s value.
