What the fine print shows
- Highest rates: adidas 30% (once, up to $250), Brooks 25% (three codes a year), Under Armour 20%.
- Narrowest: DICK’S gives 10% on a single eligible item per code, a new code every two weeks.
- Online only is the norm. Nike, adidas, New Balance, Crocs, Brooks and HOKA honor healthcare discounts only online. Under Armour also applies it in Brand House stores.
- Verification: almost all use ID.me; Nike uses SheerID. Nurses, doctors, technicians and hospital employees are usually listed separately, so check that your role is covered before you verify.
- Not a percentage: Lowe’s gives nurses free Silver status in MyLowe’s Rewards instead of a discount.
